lifting equipment designs
AMS provides specialised lifting solutions to clients like BPO, Transnet, Tradecore and
more. From specialised cargo spreaders to container lifters we have a solution for your heavy lift on hand. We are LME registered & with our coded welding & advanced design team we have a solution for any size lift. All lifting devices are designed by engineers and are fully signed off before the build is commenced. NDT on all welds take place and xray on welds can de done if necessary.

Our specialised draftsmen are able to do simulations of designs and we are able to sit with the client before the build commences.
Thus enabling the client to see the design in action on a computer simulated model before production takes place.

We at AMS specialise in
stainless steel fabrication work from marine to industrial equipment.
We have equipment ranging from box benders to break neck presses, rollers to plasma cutters.
From stainless steel balustrading to food grade equipment we will be able to fabricate what is needed by the client. All guillotining, cutting & fabrication work is done inhouse.

With our specialised design team on hand we make it easy for the client. From manufacture of trailers to pipe spreaders our team of engineers gets it done. Ranging from HD fabrication to light metal sheet work we have the equipment to handle most jobs & also offer repairs work on equipment.
We assist with ladders, trailers, rooftop walkways for solar panels, and so much more ..
machining & turning
Here at AMS we offer turning and milling services
from general machining and turning to tool and die making to gear cutting – we do it all.
We also have surface grinding facilities so no
machining job is too big or too small.
coded welding
We have a team of multi-coded welders who have gone through rigorous testing to be coded to a High ASME Standard. The team has also been tested to the high standards of TUV Rheinland (a mark well known throughout the world). We offer a range of specifications & materials, diameters and thicknesses. All our coded welders’ approvals are supported by a Qualified Welding Procedure (WPQR).
